January is always a busy time for the lettings market and this year, according to lettings specialists Grants, is no exception.
Demand for rented property in High Wycombe is extremely high, with many people looking for accommodation at the start of 2013.

Buy to let is a very attractive investment for the medium to long-term, especially compared with low interest rates and the volatile stock market. The key to success is buying the right property in the right location with the right yield and this means doing your homework before investing.
