Demand for rental accommodation in High Wycombe has been high for some time and looks set to remains so into 2012, according to letting specialists Grants Lettings.
The firm is seeing particularly strong demand for good quality one and two bedroom apartments and is reporting that there are not enough of these available to meet the high demand. Properties with parking and access to the train station and motorway transport links are particularly sought after.”
