Letting and rent collection service

Grants will do all of the above and then continue to collect monthly rental payments from the tenant on your behalf. Management of the property (e.g. repairs) remains the landlord's responsibility to arrange.

Fully managed service

Grants will do all of the above as well as dealing with any ongoing repairs. We will instruct reliable, high quality contractors to make the necessary repairs and will regularly visit the property to report on its general condition.

Other services
